I was quoted close to $700 for four new tires at my local tire shop. Now I'm not rich so I decided to do some searching and found four tires here for half the price! Same quality tire.

They don't answer phone. They don't call back. They don't live chat. Worst service I've ever had. I'll take my money somewhere else. They're a joke.
We can only deeply apologize if you were not able to reach us quickly enough, but we most certainly do answer calls, chats and emails!
In recent days we've been experiencing a substantial increase in incoming traffic and we've been having difficulties keeping up, we're happy to admit - but we're doing what we can to adjust and improve our service!
Even then, we always respond to every single contact we receive as soon as possible, which includes giving calls back and responding to every single email.
Again we do apologize if you could not reach us in a timely manner but please understand that this is only a temporary issue that we're working hard to resolve.

Worst customer service! I purchased five Provider St tires. One of the tires was so out of round it could not be balanced by the tire shop. I was advised to contact provider tire for a replacement. Upon contact I was advised that they did not have a means to replace the tire. I would have to take numerous pictures of the tire and they would see what the manufacture would do. This is a new tire not a warranty issue. Requested a phone call from the manager never responded. Please do not use this site for tires you may well regret it. If they cannot replace a new out of round tire for me what will they do for you. I will put this review on every site I can find and will post a video on my you tube channel.
UPDATE! They are now indicating that I am crook.

Your idiotic response matches what all of the reviews on Trustpilot have to say about priority tire customer service. I am sure people always purchase five tires take them to a tire shop have them mounted professionally just so they have one to complain about. It is obvious that your customer service tactic is to harass buyers into just forgetting about it. I have already purchased another tire as I needed it. And that store had a sixty day return policy. You people suck. Fortunately I can afford to loose $200.00. But I promise you that five days a week I will find a new place to write a bad review, contact the better business bureau post videos on youtube and cost you as many customers that I can. At some point you will realize that it would have been cheaper to refund my money. The fact that you do not see any of the bad Trustpilot reviews on you web site indicates that you should not be in business.
We are disappointed to see this stance and hostile attitude. We do our best to only sell safe, functional and as-advertised Tires in New condition - you reported an issue, we offered help but sadly you would not cooperate.
As you well know, you purchased Tires in New as-is condition, without any Warranty, as well as without any known or expected defect. You then reported that the Tires are defective, meaning that the Warranty process is required.
You may feel that it is "not a warranty issue" but that is sadly neither accurate nor logical given the circumstances.
We do not "harass buyers", we try to help every single Customer for any reported issue, we courteously and consistently work with them to provide assistance as appropriate.
As such we do not appreciate your unfounded insults and harassment, while also being confused at your mentioning our reputation as it is 5-star all around, for good reason.
I received the tires fast and works good for what I need... I do recomend Priority tire... they have a good price and fast shipping

I had trouble using Apple Pay on the site multiple times, and believe something is wrong with the site. However they had the best price on the tires I chose so I bought them anyways. Two tires arrived and about three days later the other two arrived 8 days after purchase. So, that was not expected but luckily it wasn't a big deal for me. Just plan for delivery to take a week, based on my one and only experience so far.
We're sorry to hear that you had issues with ApplePay. We did transition from one payment processor to another at around that time, so it is possible it affected ApplePay functionality temporarily. If you have any details about the issue please do tell us so that we can investigate and improve! For the delivery, we can see that the delivery took 6 and 8 business days respectively, which is definitely on the longer end of our 1-6 day estimate. We do apologize about that, FedEx had some troubles getting these out of California which led to the delay.
