The service was super easy to use to design a custom blanket for my mother for mothers day! Overall I am mostly content with the way it came out, although I was disappointed with the blanket a bit, it looked like the blanket was misaligned when printing took place, as some of the images are coming off the blanket.

I ordered 2 day shipping and it took about 2 weeks. Their customer service was very nice to refund me the extra charges for shipping and the picture book came out great!

I was not expecting the photo book to include an extra page in the back on the book with barcodes and order numbers, especially after paying an additional fee to remove all PrinterPix branding. In my opinion, this cheapens the look of the book.

My experience was great. It was easy to upload and manipulate the photo to be centered and look good. The printing was vivid and my puzzles turned out wonderful. These will be my students end of the year gift.

The customer service was great and very fast when I had to change my original shipping address. 10/10 would recommend.

I paid for expedited shipping. The ad did not state the normal processing time but I had thought with expedited shipping I should get it by 2 weeks time. It took a lot longer than the 2 weeks so the gift was late past their birthday. The quality is great, but they need to let people know how much time.

The blanket was a lot smaller than I thought. It said my order would arrive before Mothers Day and it arrived days later

I ordered a 1000 piece puzzle 4 days before Mother's Day and paid $120 EXTRA to have it delivered on time. The puzzle shipped 10 days later and arrived two weeks after Mother's Day.

I emailed to confirm the order, no response. There was little difference between this order and a complete scam.

I ordered several photos of different sizes. Great product quality!

The email just came to ask if I got it when I sent one when I first got it because I never got a tracking number or anything like confirmation that I got it but it came out of my bank.

It showed up two weeks later than it was supposed to. Had an order by date to receive for Mother's Day and I ordered 4 days earlier and received it almost two weeks after Mother's Day.

Took over a month for my items. Was told it would be fast shipping.

The photo came out well, but the packaging was very poor, and the exterior packaging was all destroyed upon arrival. Luckily, the picture itself was not damaged.

My product was delayed for quite a while because it was out of stock. Then when it arrived, the paper on the back was torn and the frame was bent. I am sure you are a great company, but this item was not great.
