Very clunky upload process. Many of my photos would not work. It took weeks for customer service to get back to me with no useful suggestions. I've used over ten different sites like this and this was the most disappointing

I ordered a photo blanket for my cousins daughter who was going through chemo treatments. She absolutely loved it and said that the pictures were very clear. I would recommend the service.
My project wasn't shipped until around two weeks after the said date. But the quality is amazing and it was well worth the wait

I wish you also offered 4x4 square canvas. I did appreciate that I could increase or decrease the size of my photo on the canvas. In the finished product the colors were vibrant and the people were clear. Two thumbs up.
My books are fine, but if I can't make a copy of one of the books because the site wants me to page for 20 extra pages. This is not correct.
I loved the blanket. Use it every day! Don't realize I duplicated 3 pictures by accident. My only regret.
