I paid extra 40 dollars for desired delivery date, yet the package was delivered late. In that case, the extra charge should have been refunded. Hence I am not satisfied with the service. It should be refunded.
The product was in good condition and I am satisfied with that. If the extra-charge for desired date is removed, I will rate it high and highly recommend.

I paid an extra 60$ to have express shipping and delivered early and it showed up almost 5 days late and I never got refunded for the shipping or even an email it was running late, will not recommend anyone to purchase from here

I received the calendar on time. It's printed even better than what I expected. I didn't think that it could be printed on such pretty and thick paper. I can accept thinner paper. :) I will definitely come back to order more products later. Thank you!
I was disappointed when I received my order because apparently I wanted my picture to be portrait and I received it landscape. I was not aware when I ordered it saying I wanted a 8 x 10 would be portrait and a 10 x 8 would be landscape. The picture I submitted was obviously a portrait picture and the printed it on a landscape canvas with 2 inches of white canvas on each side. I guess when seeing what it looked like no one would have questioned whether wanted a portrait canvas. I called several times and was working with a gentleman by the name of Ryan. Every time he would tell me he was looking into it he would never call me back when he clearly would say he was going to. My last call to him to find out if they were able to reprint it he told me no that was what I asked for and they were not going to do anything about it. So I made it clear I will never order from printerpix again. So no I am not satisfied with my $20.00 canvas.
