The estimated delivery date was over a week before it was actually delivered. I ordered the book for wedding gift and it arrived after the wedding so I had to order one at Walgreens so I had it the morning of her wedding.
I spent double the money on the book due to the shipment being so delayed.

Purchased from Groupon, paid the additional $25 for shipping. I didn't know what I was expecting, but it was lacking. And one of mine arrive damaged and bent. I didn't complain because I'm goin in a different direction with this print.
1. Filling my simple order took much too long.
2. All photos were cropped to 5" x 7" inch size. This was unexpected and unwanted. What I expected and wanted was each photo to be printed with its maximum dimension set to 7". In several this would have led to some white space, which would have been all right.
3. Prints were rather muddy, not contrasty enough.
Product arrived promptly and in good condition - will make a good gift for lab members.
Though there were some issues. (My item was delivered later than I had anticipated and my first order was canceled) I'm happy that my item arrived and was not damaged.
Easy to use. Customer service isn't the best but the site is good.
Shipping takes a bit long but worth it.
