The creation process was intuitive. The final product is great-- sharp pictures and color, nice, thick pages. I do have one issue-- 2 of the books were slightly damaged-- a small "dent" in the bottom of the cover. Is it possible to get those replaced?
It was very difficult for me to load my picture from my phone and the chat option no one wood respond. After i finally got my pictures loaded everything went smooth thanks to you tube.
At first found making the book confusing to design myself, so ended up going with the auto fill
Photos turned out nice! Paid extra for the backing which was just ok and the shipping took longer than expected.
I loved the quality of the cards, the coating was perfectly lush.
The print was a lot smaller than I had thought it would be. So a little disappointed with that. But, she did love it.

This is my 4th picture! I order for myself and as a gift for friends.
I wish the website had the option to add more photos to my photo book. Additionally, I didn't realize this was shipping from the UK (I live in the US), so the fact I paid $40 extra dollars for urgent shipping still meant there was a delay in receiving my product. Plus I was never given shipping confirmation, so I had to reach out and ask customer service for this info.
