I ordered a pair of stud earrings from Primestyle with 0.50CT round cut diamonds in yellow gold. The earrings were great, the only problem was the back was coming off quite easily. I almost lost the ring because of the problem. I contacted Primestyle and told them about it, they were kind enough to replace the back. It’s much safer now. Coming to the jewelry, what they offer is quite justified for the price they charge. So, I’m quite happy with my earrings. You can try them out too.

I got exactly what I ordered.

The diamond jewelry they sell is actually very good (saying this even though I bought just once from them).

I ordered a pair of 1.50Ct emerald cut diamonds from them and they were delivered to me 3 business days.

I live in New York City so I got it rather quickly. I don't know if they offer similar kind of service to other cities as well.

I went to my nearest diamond jewelry and got the carat and color/clarity group tested and they were perfect.

The service- This is the interesting part. I had first faced quite difficulty while placing my order as this was my first ever purchase from them. But their rep, Thomas David was helpful enough and guided me through the entire process. From their I was being regularly updated about the delivery of my ring.

To end this review, they are quite a reliable store however I believe they need to increase the number of their products. I believe they deserve a 4.5 Ratings, for sure!

Few days ago, I booked a wedding set made of white gold embedded with diamonds. Primestyle charged my credit card $814.99. It did not bother me because I ordered what I wanted. But what was delivered to me was not something I ordered. It totally pissed me off.

I immediately contacted the Primestyle team. They apologized and ask to return the wedding set. And in exchange they sent me the item I ordered along with a complimentary gift. I appreciate their efforts and quick and timely response to the issue.

To start with I have to say that Primestyle has been an amazing experience for me. I have purchased diamonds from other online stores as well but honestly none are really as good as what Primestyle offers to its customers; I have tried nearly 3-4 online stores so far. From Primestyle’s customer support staff to range of diamond cuts they offer and also to the effortless website design that makes it easy for you to navigate and buy an item, most of the things about them are on par with the others. But mind you, in order to have a likeable jewelry, not only does the store owners deliver it to you without any defect but your choice of the jewelry matter. If your selection is something that doesn’t impress your friends and colleagues then Primestyle is not responsible for it. Having said that, these people mostly have good designs though I think their inventory could be a bit bigger but what they delivered to me was upto the mark and I am very happy to buy from them. I had high expectations since this was my first ever purchase of diamond jewelry online and Primestyle could have done better. Initially there was some error during the order placement, I had to call them to get some help on it. Then, once the order was placed, it was delayed for a couple of business days. So my curiosity to take my yellow gold diamond ring kept growing for nearly a week. Finally I placed a wrong size ring. I had used the ring chart on their website but for my bad luck, I miscalculated it. Anyway, the good part was - I received the ring and they willingly helped me exchange it without any extra shipping charges. So I think it was an okay experience for me. I think I’m going to have to order another jewelry to be able to provide a much positive review. Good luck Primestyle.

I have been purchasing jewelry from Primestyle website for the past couple of years. Over the years, I have bought like 3-4 jewelry pieces and i have had a fabulous experience purchasing from them. Their deals are awesome when compared to any other jewelry store in the market and they value their customer's money, is what I learnt in the 2 years. I had ordered a yellow gold ring but they sent me a white gold ring by mistake; however, even before I could call them up, they realized their mistake from their end and called me immediately. I was a little surprised as I didn't expect the call and then they replaced the ring metal with the 18kt white gold that I had ordered.

I even went to a local diamond jewelry store to verify the diamond clarity and color groups, and they were also the same that i wanted, since then I always purchase from them. Primestyle get ready to get one more sale from this Christmas. Thanks!

Primestyle, I must admit, you have the most competitive prices on all the websites that checked before I chose to buy from you. I had a limited budget for gifting my wife on our wedding anniversary and with your assistance we had a fabulous anniversary. She was totally surprised by the anniversary ring and even more surprised when I told her the price.

I bought a matching wedding set from Primestyle for my wedding as the rings looked really great online. When we finally received the wedding set, we were shocked that we received a completely different design, and we were quick to call them up. They admitted their mistake and replaced the product within 5 working days. Luckily, we still had good amount of time for the event and they were also quick on fixing the mistake. This is one truly value providing company. Very beautiful and elegant designs are what I always wanted in my jewelry. Primestyle's delivery…bang on time. Their customer service…prompt and up to the mark. I have just one complaint though, there was some problem while I was making the payment, it was not going beyond the order page, but they were quick to address my issue when I called them.
