I am a verified user of the Prime Opinion platform. On November 2025, I successfully completed an offer worth 77 points, following all requirements exactly as described. I recorded a video as proof of completion, showing that the task was fully executed.Despite submitting all evidence and sending multiple notifications to support (*******@primeopinion.com), I have received no reply or credit for the offer.This is not an isolated issue — I have previously received goodwill credits for similar cases, which demonstrates inconsistency in Prime Opinion's handling of legitimate user claims. I kindly request the immediate credit of the 77 points or an equivalent goodwill bonus, as well as a clear and documented response from the company.Failure to resolve this matter may result in a formal report to international consumer protection agencies (including econsumer.gov and FTC).
