I'm extremely pleased with the chain I bought for my daughter. She wanted a 22" for a particular charm, and this expanding one fit the bill perfectly.

I ordered one chain, and was not what I thought or nor wanted. (thought maybe give it as a gift) I then ordered another chain but ordered the wrong mm size, I returned both unworn chains and ordered 2mm larger. I received my new 14k gold 22" 4.5 mm and I get complements all the time. Received my credit on return in less than 30 days. "I'll be buying again"

After losing a 24" Thick Wheat chain that I had for almost 40 years, I was shocked at the price of a replacement...I shopped for about 3 years and went without a chain around my neck and felt naked. I finally found one at Price Rock for a reasonable price, bought it and LOVE it. I was so happy with mine that I bought another different one for my husband. I couldn't recommend them higher.

I've been dealing with PriceRock for years, always satisfied with price, delivery, and until recently, customer service. I've been waiting on backordered chain for a couple months now, I'll be contacting them again soon to see where the issue stands. Perhaps it's time to find a new supplier for the chain in question?

I have bought 2 different gold chains from Pricerock and love both of them.

This is my 2nd purchase of adjustable 14 carat gold necklace, one in white gold & other in yellow gold. Love the versatility of the various lengths! SO easy to slide to a different length! LOVE it!

Was 8grams less than what was advertised. And was advertised as solid gold was auctually hollow. They discounted the price of chain. But in all I didnt get what they were advertising in any way.

Orders were filled quickly and great update info followed the package cross country til it arrived...when it did...it's IMPRESSIVE. Thanks/...

I ordered a gold chain and everything was perfect. Came as promised and got a fabulous deal. I asked my Jeweler if she could find something comparable near the price I was getting and she admitted she could no way even come close. I am very happy with my experience with Price Rock!

I have never had such great cooperation and understanding throughout E-Companies as with this one. I will continue to purchase from them.

I purchased and received a gold chain through PriceRock recently. Once in receipt of the chain I decided against and followed exactly what was requested to process the return of the item. The item was received by their office which I confirmed through UPS. It has been two months and I have not received my money back. I have sent numerous emails, because for their safety you can't speak to them, and have not had any return correspondence. I have had to get my credit card company involved to try and get my return processed. Extremely poor customer service and this is nothing short of theft.
Please, think twice before you end up like me.
