I am very happy with the LED package for our 4Runner. One item was missing but was quickly shipped out, great communications from the service team with an issue I had to assist with install. I'll be a repeat customer for sure.

I really liked that had a video specific to my vehicle and a complete kit for my vehicle. Most of the other sites have no video, no free trim tools, and no complete kit. Instead of guessing with other sites, I went with your site.

I haven't really heard about you guys, but you seem pretty legit and even have a YouTube video installing the lights for my 1999 Miata, so I will give it a try. It is nice that you ask for the vehicle year, lots of sites don't do that.
UPDATE: good product, but you might have to fidget with it. The install procedure changed a bit from the video, and the heat sink now presses into the gasket, don't know if that's safe. The heatsink servo is loud. But I can see farther than ever; bright enough that people flash me ay night cause they think I have my brights on. Sweet revenge.

I am a returning customer. I ordered a similar Interior package for a 2001 Sequoia. Altho one of the lights for a door did not work, and the trunk light was physically larger than the OEM, I came back anyway.
I think that the videos for installation in YouTube were essential for me to purchase your product. However, when I received the LEDs components for my CRV, the box contained all the LEDs, the tools but no instruction (printed or otherwise). Maybe add a not with the URL for your YouTube installation instructions will help future customers.
The Customer Service through phone and email has been great!
Problems with placing and registering my first order. Error message that PayPal would not accept payment order and that I needed a password. I have been using PayPal with the same demographics with no previous problem.
I have not been able to install the map light yet, since the covers are different from the video instructions.
I'm happy with the product I purchased. The interior car lighting kit is a great deal, with a fair price. Shipping time was fast.
