Glad I was able to get a hold of someone regarding a question involving the product. They are knowledgeable and provide really good customer service. So far the interior lights work and dont produce that annoying dim glow after they're powered off. Additionally, the leds are nice and bright and really allows good vision at night getting in and out of the vehicle compared to stock bulbs.
I had some issues with one of the LEDS and customer service fix my problem right away I'm very satisfied

I had to request shipping status, since I did not receive a shipping notification.

Did not receive email confirming shipment. Well packaged and got here within a reasonable time frame.
Everything is pretty much straight forward plus you've added the videos for installation good idea.
The product took over 10 days to reach me...the fault of the USPS not the company.
