VERY EASY TO FOLLOW STEPS
I ordered the pump on the 2/7/17 and did not receive it until 2/14/17. When I received it, the packaging was insufficient to keep the product fully inside. The heavy edges of the pump motor placed caticorner, wore through the box near a corner on each side. This allowed cosmetic damage of the edge of the pump. I am confident that the performance of the pump won't be affected and so I will keep it. I think a double box or larger box with better placed packing material would have worked better. Also I have ordered from PPL in the past with very quick shipping. I am confused as to why it took this long without a delay email.

My wife and I have only been full time RV's for a short time and this is the first time we've had something "major" happen to our rig. Our refrigerator went out and we needed to replace it. A local RV dealer quoted us over $4,100 for the unit alone. I started searching on-line and fortunately ran across PPL's website and found the unit for $1,300 less. The representative took the time to ensure that my new fridge was a perfect replacement and that my wood front would fit in as well. I found the customer service to be very patient and understanding with me in dealing with all my questions. I highly recommend PPL as a quality resource for any RV needs.

Service and price is excellent. You do, or did, have a problem with receiving emails. I was on the phone recently with one of your people, and was emailing in an order that he was not getting. We tried several times, and now I'm thinking they were being filtered to a spam file perhaps. You might test you email system. The person in sales was able to take my information over the phone and the order arrived promptly.
Had the part I needed at a good price. I received it within one week and seems to be all there will update when I use it in a couple of months

OK so far.
After receiving, I thought that the end cap was included. More info of what was in the case would have been appreciated. Please send me information on part #'s, and pricing on ecessories.
It was delivered one day later than promised but there was a snow storm in the east. The Shurflo pump did not come in the original packing.
