The customer service representative I spoke with to order my A/C unit was not super helpful. It was my first time to purchase a unit and she made me feel sort of stupid and did not offer me much advice as far as choosing the unit. I felt like I carried most of the conversation. Other than that, I appreciated the speed of delivery, although the delivery time frames and date of the delivery were not flexible like the representative made me out to believe. I would've ordered later to avoid having the huge unit in my car until my repair company comes out to install it. The unit looks great - I'm anxious to have it installed and use it.
The ordering process was simple and fast. The catalog is easy to use. The selection is quite good. All in all, from start of picking products, to receiving them, went quite satisfactory. I would recommend PPL to anyone in need of RV accessories.

Great purchase and the order arrived in a timely fashion. Prices were great. I did not receive notice the order was shipped and was beginning to be concerned about it. When I did get something, the order was almost to me. Definitely 5 stars.
I have an older motor home that is in need of several repairs. I will go to pplmotorhomes.com when I am ready to purchase again because they offer quick service and I found the price for my water pump to be very competitive. Also, I didn't have to pay shipping and this option is available unless you need your item right away.

Ordered a Shurflo water pump to replace an older model that quit working. Product shipped and came in a timely manner. Works great. Price was less than local dealers where quoting. I will order from here again.

Ordered Saturday, shipped Monday, arrived on Thursday. Very pleased.
We just received the stove/oven and have yet to take it out of the box, but we opened it, and everything looks great! We are very excited to install it in our motor home! Just have to wait for my husband to return from a business trip. Your service has been excellent, and we will certainly shop with you again!

It took 10 days to get my order that's to long
So far so good. Trailer sites said buy here for best prices. If shipping and order go as well, this is the place to go.
Just sent a thank you email...had left a thank you phone message as well. Unfortunately, I couldn't use the product because of a more serious expensive problem so I returned the water accumulator.
I received a full refund (except postage) just a couple of days after PPL received the returned item. Might add, that my return was a couple of weeks beyond the 30 day return date.
Your customer service department goes above and beyond...from now on, pplmotorhomes.com will be recommended by me every chance that I get!
