I was very pleased with how soon I received my confirmation and shipping updates. I received my Atwood hot water tank sooner than I thought it would get here, and in good shape. Installation was a piece of cake and it worked perfectly when I turned it back on.
Very happy with the time it took for the water heater to get here, and great delivery etc. Had a problem with which type of water heater to buy, and the gal at customer service seemed just as confused as we were, but we got the right one and we are happy. Thank you!

When I contacted the parts department the gentleman I talked to knew exactly what I was looking for and even measured the part for me so that I knew I was getting the right part! I was super impressed by his kindness and courteous attitude.
Product missed it's delivery date by a day. After taking the shroud off the item had been dropped and damaged.
It would be nice if you could give an approximate time that the package will take to process and ship. I received emails saying to order had gone thru but nothing saying "it usually takes 2 business days to process the order and you should receive an email from the shipping company when your package has shipped". That's all I would have needed. Otherwise everybody was helpful and I will use PPL in the future

Easy order, fast delivery, great product. Ugly website but who cares.
When I ordered my ac unit, I was told 5 days on shipping. It took 10 days to receive the unit. It sat in your warehouse for seven days. I have other things to buy but not sure where I will be getting them from. Your prices are great but overall shipping sucks.
Good selection of products with clear and concise descriptions and among the lowest in prices on the Internet.
