Should explain that these are units similar to what was manufactured by a company sold to Suburban

I'm not sure my product was factory damaged or if it had been opened. A wire was sticking out of the corner of the box and the igniter cable was damaged. You are sending another but it adds time to the R&R... -price was fair enough

I was truly amazed at how easy it was to order from your online site. Also, the delivery (normal delivery) was much faster than I ever expected. We had often made a special trip to Houston for our needs, but never again! Keep up the good work.

I ordered a new ceramic toilet. When I opened the box, I noticed it was broken during shipment. I called the service dept and a new one was shipped and arrived in 2 days. I have never seen any service anywhere as good as this. I could not ask for better service and I thank you sincerely.

The rep who I talked to on the phone was fantastic, very friendly, very knowledgable. We ordered our new furnace on a Monday and it was delivered the following Wednesday. My husband installed it in our motorhome and we got to try it out this weekend. Worked gr-r-r-r-r-eat. Thanks for the super service.

PPL had what I was looking for at a fair price. There was damage during shipping which I didn't notice until after the shipper left, and I thought I was stuck with it. However, a call to the customer service dept at PPL, and a chat with Joni and everything was fixed. She was helpful, courteous, and very efficient. Thank you Joni!
