My order was delayed. When I first called I was told it shipped that day (it didn't). I waited a couple more days and called again. I was told it was shipping that day (it didn't). However, the customer service representative I spoke to the 2nd time, I think his name was Dan, researched to see why it hadn't shipped. He got back to me with the results and kept me informed. Although the order was quite delayed, we were happy with the quality of the items when they did arrive.
