I love your business, but your website is difficult to shop on. I.e. The G.U.I. Is not intuitive or visual.

We ordered a box of 2 stabilizing jacks. The shipping container end was ripped off in transit, we presume, and secured by Fed Ex with clear shippng tape. There was no packng slip or use instructions left in the package...
