Very Customer friendly,the lady that took my order sounded more like the owner then a sales lady.
Called to check on range got lots of help so ordered range with ease. Range arrived but was not the one I ordered, Was supposed to have sparklite burners and it is match lite. Called asked about getting parts to fix, Told could no be done (It can, Parts are on ebay) so took price reduction.
Ordered a product...the product works well very prompt shipping and a fair price.
The antenna I ordered came on time and undamaged. However, it was missing the 50' coaxial cable. I spoke to someone in customer service and they said they would ship one out. I haven't received one nor have I received a shipping confirmation. Otherwise, I would rate all 5 stars. Hopefully I receive this before we leave on a trip next week.
I saved over $200 by ordering through PPL, than through the local RV service center.

As far as dealing with PPL Motor Homes.com that was great very easy website to use to purchase and shipping was fast. The part I purchased however is not very good and the website did not say anything about it making a loud buzzing sound. The Customer service lady even told me that it is normal for it to make noise, if I had known that I would have bought something else as it is very loud inside the Coach. It is so bad its hard to Sleep at night with it buzzing.
Everything was great except for the $40.00 plus shipping price for a 24" piece of plastic shelf.
