I shopped around for a wile trying to find the best deal on a awing and they beat there competitors by about 200 dollars. It was the same part that everybody else had so I went with it no knowing them and I'm glad I got it in in about 2 weeks. Very happy.
My first order was received quickly and undamaged although more care should be giving to how the order is packaged. Fragile items could have been damaged.
My second order was also received quickly and the packaging was much better.
Exterior door window frame from did not have same screw pattern as original interior door window frame. Contacted customer service and was promptly sent a new interior frame to match exterior frame screw pattern at no charge. This is the way to treat people! I highly recommend PPL Motor Homes!
