I have not installed the water heater as of yet...to much snow on the ground, but I will have to retrofit a couple of lines "gas, water" to get it to work. So at this point I don't have any idea if it just pops in or if it will take a little more effort than that.
Have ordered several times from them with great results. Had a RV toilet come in broken and without hesitation they shipped a new one out.
