Very easy to find parts and order

Good price and helpful customer service! Quick Delivery. Excellent experience all the way around.

Great response to phone order. Delivery sooner than told. One item ordered was not as complete as I would have expected, however reading the fine print I got what I ordered. I called in to ask about it, and got a call back within 2 days confirming that I need to order one more item. I am satisfied enough that I am going to order the other item to complete the project.

So far so good. I have not used my product yet but plan too in the next month.

Please put the dimensions on the order so I can see that in fact I ordered the larger Lend A Hand. Right now, I think I did but I'm not absolutely sure as the dimensions did not follow the order - only the name of the item followed the order.

Had to call for a question about parts. No hold time and immediate answer.

I've been looking for this item at many different stores. Was surprised to find it at this price with low shipping.

Was given wrong tracking info on one of the parts...Had to call back and asked them to email correct info but never received it...I did get package a day later though.

Everything was as advertised on the Quickbite coupler I purchased from PPL - product, price and delivery. Salesman was knowledgeable and helpful. 5 stars.
