I order four new max air roof vents and you sent me three used/returned/damaged ones and one new vent? I paid full price for three scuffed and scratched vents that where not in their original boxes. Only the new one was in it's original box. I would not have paid full price for returned or damaged merchandise! I sent an e-mail and still have not received a reply! I guess you will not get my business again and since I have not heard from you I will make sure my camping club hears about my experience!

Lot to choose from. Couldn't find one item. Item was the plastic smoke color screen door handle. Found it and ordered it off Amazon.

On this recent order, I ordered the Level Gauge Cleaner,Drain Valve Lube,Grey water odor control, and 64 oz, Ecosmart Freenclear Black water additive. The 64 oz. Bottle was smashed a little and leaking from somewhere because it was wrapped with shrink wrap and it was soaked in between the bottle and wrap with the additive. I washed it and dried it and set it in a trash can to see where it was leaking from. The bottom corner had a crinkle in it, but as close I could tell it was leaking out of the top lid, right past the seal too. I don't think very much leaked out, but now I have to keep it in a plastic bag just in case. I decided I didn't want the hassle of sending it back, because it would just make a mess. I probably won't order anymore liquid substance from PPlmotorhomes.

First, I didn't receive any shipping confirmation. I had to send an email request to get it. The response email consisted of nothing but a tracking number. According to the tracking information, the package was held up due to weather in an area where the weather wasn't bad. The box arrived badly damaged after nine days, poorly re-taped (not PPL Motorhome's fault). Fortunately, the Smart Tote appears to be OK, but an actual, initial shipping confirmation and a little more than just a tracking number in response to my status request would have been nice.
