After opening the package, I found my item damaged (20ft awning). I tried several times to contact customer service and only got an answering machine. I left a massage and no one ever got back with me.

Will never do business again!

I was VERY satisfied with everything about the order and process. I ordered a similar order from Camping World and they totally messed up everything! The order took waaaaay too long to be processed and ship,, When the box did finally arrive, all the locks were outside the packages and in pieces! A MESS! I was thrilled with the oder from PPL and will do my business with you from now on!

Right now, our motorhome is covered for the winter, but the Mirrored Door Latches we purchased look like they will definitely work much better than all the cheap, clear plastic ones that break routinely. Also, the plastic ones are dangerous and you can get some pretty major damage if you catch your arm on them! We are anxious to try this product!
