I ordered wrong part on line over the weekend, called first thing monday am, person waiting on me got right on it and had it changed, I did not get his name but he was very courteous, efficient, and followed with phone call, great service.

Shopping cart worked well but did not see a way to continue shopping to purchase additional items. While I am sure the cart provides a "continue shopping" button it was not obvious. Your technical support people were somewhat knowledgeable about the Brake Buddy Stealth system I ordered. They mentioned I should have an additional wiring harness to match my towed vehicle but I could not find the part number on your site. Once I ordered I could not find my way back to search for the additional part. I ordered that part from another supplier.

Good I submitted my order on Monday and received it on Wednesday, used regular shipping. Installed the unit (RV Furnace) on Friday and used it that night. Worked satisfactory. This was my second order for a furnace my original one lasted 7 years my last order lasted 8 years and I think this one will last even longer, very satisfied.
