Easy to order. I hope the shipping is as fast! But, on inspection there were parts missing. Some parts looked usef. Called customer service 6 times. Placed on hold for over 45 minutes each time so I hung up. Called manufacture and ordered parts.

Easy and simple The only suggestion I might make, is the shipping. I ordered a three burner stove and the weight was listed on the shipping document at 102 lps. I don't think the stove was that heavy. This made shipment come by truck. We live in a rural area and the semi could not enter our property. I had to take off work to receive the shipment which would not have happened if shipped by FedX. I am not unhappy but a different shipping option would have made this better. Thanks BDP
Purchased parts from you before. Picked up pump at UPS Fri am. (4/10). Installed pump at cabin Sat after lunch. Ckecked system and showered Sat. Night. All is well.
Ordering process was good. On this item (Maxxair 31-2169) it would be comforting to see it written that this is the 7500K as well as the deluxe model.

Purchased a Suburban SW12DE water heater. Installation was simple. Connect the corresponding wires reconnect the propane line. Electric part works but the propane does not. I called Suburban to get suggestions on what to test or try. Their RECORDING told me that if I was an owner of the appliance I would have to contact the supplier for information. I looked on your sight and even though you show you sale RV;s you do not list a service center so I called your parts dept. and I was told that you do not have a service center and I would have to contact the manufacturer.
So, frustrated is my feeling about your company and the Suburban Company.
Initial order was not received when promised.
When I checked on the order status via phone, I was told the order had a computer glitch and would be re processed and I would have it on Friday, April 10th and the shipping charges would be cancelled.
Product arrived on April 13th.
Ordered an electric tounge jack for my RV at 2:15 PM and it arrived the following day. Not what I expected. Such a great surprise. Great service, great price. I am definetly a returning customer.
Very easy ordering very fast shipping great products
My husband has always wanted to install a dishwasher in our 47' Bayliner and I have always been reluctant to give up the space required. Finding the Vesta built in model was a wonderful compromise, but when I compared prices the "lowest" price was inflated by shipping and/or warehouse costs. I assumed it would be several weeks before the $9.99 shipping method would deliver the dishwasher to our home. Imagine my surprise when the well packaged model was waiting at our front door the next day! I can't comment on the actual product as we haven't installed it yet. I can say that PPL delivered faster then expected. I would use them again and recommend their service.
