Fast and easy I ordered it on the 8th and received it on the 10th.
Too hard to order a part on phone and Internet.
Order arrived quickly. BUT and this is not PPL fault, the u-bolts were too small to fit. Apparently, FORD has increased tie rod diameter and safe t plus hasn't kept up. So had to wait on larger u-bolts.
Odered a hitch on Wednesday and had it by Friday. We were pleased with price, user friendly website, and fast shipping.
I was very pleased with the overall experience with ppl, i called before i made the purchase and everything was like plug and go very satisfied i will definately use them in the future.

Have not been able to open the box yet and install new product, but if there is an issue, i am confident-based on the service so far-that there will not be any trouble if i need to replace it.
Failed to ship next day air but did refund shipping
Well,I was to receave item in 4-5 days.8 days delivery was to long.If i knew I would have asked for better delivery.Unit came with the main comfort control unit not with it.Bought one locally $160.00 I needed parts for a ducted unit(non ducted parts were sent),used old parts to make system work.The new parts are in my shed in Yuma Pack in Canada ontil Oct.15/2015.Anay way I should have asked more Questions.Thanks William MacDonald
