I ordered a hot water heater for my RV. The customer service agent was very helpful in getting me the correct tank, and getting it to me in a timely manner. I would order from PPL again.

I purchased a 10 gal Atwood heater for my mobile home. I researched price and this company had the best price ( even better that Amazon). The unit shipped Fed Ex and arrived in less than a week shipped from Texas. I would do business with these people again.

PPL Motor Homes was great to deal with, however I think there should have been instructions on how to swap the old Dometic A/C with the new Brisk Air II. The fan runs fine but the compressor doesn't run. I haven't been able to figure it out yet but I will contact a local dealer for help.

Had a hard to find upper bracket for my awning (Care Free of Colorado). Lucked into PPL and was very pleased with the helpful service person who took the time to identify, locate and ship the bracket to an address where I was presently travelling. Super, even ordered another later on, same great service.
