PPL MOTORHOME HAS THE BEST DEALS FOR PARTS AND ACCESSORIES. YOU HAVE FRIENDLY PERSONEL AND PROMPT SERVICE. THE ONLY ISSUE I HAD WAS THE SHIPPING WITH FEDEX, I HAD PAID FOR A TWO DAY DELIVERY AND IT TOOK THEM FIVE DAYS TO GET THE PRODUCT TO ME. WHENEVER I HAVE HAD THINGS SHIPPED TO ME VIA FEDEX IT HAS ALWAYS TAKEN LONGER THAN IT WAS SUPPOSED TO. I PREFER TO HAVE UPS DELIVER TO ME NOW.

Ordered electric hitch jack from ppl motor home.com. I was told it was the last one in stock and was told its was new and in new condition. It arrived and upon inspection was found to have a cracked plastic housing. Very dissappointed.
PPL treats us better than local dealers.

The experience was great. I called and spoke to a gentlemen who was very nice. However, I purchased a Coleman Mach unit with a Carrier to Coleman Mach kit conversion. The person I spoke with never mentioned one critical point, the kit does not include the Coleman Mach mounting bolts. When I realized that the bolts are included in the ceiling assembly (I did not buy one because there was no need for it), I had the already mounted the Coleman on the roof and had no way to secure it. Luckily, I called an rv shop that was an hours drive and they had the bolts. I recommned to either include the bolts in the kit or advise the customer that the mounting bolts are not included and provide them an opportunity to purchase them prior to checkout. Thank you.
