Easy,& fast ship
I ordered a 6 gallon water heater to replace a damaged one the one I received was not the one I had ordered the one that was sent was a very basic unit the one I have is controlled by a switch in the camper, the one I received has to be lit outside. Not what I was expecting and being we were going out of town with the camper the following weekend I didn't feel I had a choice but to use the wrong one. A wife with cold water is not a happy camper, and neither am I!
