Had to keep entering my phone number.
Ordered online, so I haven't received the product yet. Sales person was very friendly, personable, and helpful. Only issue is it took three tries to submit my order because I didn't know I wasn't to add the dashes in my phone number. A little frustrating, but not a huge deal.
Follow up comment:
Received my order much sooner than expected. The customer service rep made a mistake about the product contents when I called before ordering, but when shipment arrived and did not contain the item, I called again and PPL delivered as promised. Very responsive, very friendly, very professional and helpful.
I will order other products from PPL. They are in TX and I am in WA, but it felt like they were my next door neighbor.
Called to ask questions about the product. Was given answers to all questions, and placed order online without any problems.
Received my order extremely fast, and in good condition considering it was a scratch and dent.
