Order didn,t go thru 1st time had to reorder hope i didn,t double order.I received heater in 2 days great service waited 5 days for door not ppl,s issue it was a shipping issue lid was damaged has 1 kink in the frame had to install so I could close in and finish.
Easy to order, Fast Delivery.

The sales person and delivery were great. The A/C unit is not of the greatest quality, the cover does not fit well and it is very noisy compared to all of the other units that I have owned. The installation instructions have a discrepancy, I called the manufacture and discussed it with them, they agreed with me and told me that it was ok to install the way I suggested.
Website is very straight forward and easy to use.
Had a very difficult time finding the floor registers which i was looking for.

The first delivery was damaged in transit but when I advised of the problem a replacement part was here the next day.

Sales directed me the needed repair parts I needed and shipped my order in a timely fashion.
Upon receiving the parts. I spoke with sales to verify for correct parts were shipped. I installed the parts that put my A/C back in service.
