Everything was perfect
I purchased an intel power 9200 series RV converter/charger with built in charge wizard. I also purchased a remote pendant since the description did not state one was included. My issue is with the remote pendant. It is supposed to indicate the mode of charge. It does not. It actually indicates the voltage of the batteries. The pendant's LED light is supposed to flash to indicate which mode the converter is in. In reality the LED light flashes to indicate what voltage range the batteries are currently in. If 110 power is removed from the converter the LED light remains flashing. How can the remote pendant indicate what mode the converter is in if there is no 110 power coming to the converter? One would think if there is no power coming in to the converter, there should not be any indication there is any charge going out of the converter. In actuality this pendant is a poor substitute for a voltage meter. I am not at all pleased that I bought a product that was advertised to indicate what mode the converter was actually working in, not just having a blinking light to show voltage in the batteries.
I had a hard time placing the order and had to call back a number of times to verify order Your system for leaving a phone # to get a return call did not work! I called to find status of order and found my package was just sitting in you warehouse. It hadn't been shipped! Not a good buying experience
