During the winter of 2015 it was way below normal. My water heater in my camper burst. I checked with local retail outlets in NC. There prices were astounding. I located pplmotorhomes online. The prices were great. The rv dealer wanted 530.00 plus 200.00 install plus 50.00 shipping and then tax. It was close to 1000.00. I contacted ppl and they were awesome. They knew everything required for my install. I only paid 300.00 estimated of course and it arrived in five days. The tech that helped was so friendly and knowledgeable. Not only did I get free shipping I recieved a new heater door and sealant. I think you guys are the greatest. The install I did myself and only took an hour. Everything was perfect. I would recommend this company to anyone. Prices, quality, and customer svc is out of this world. I give you five stars plus!
