I bought an oven but first called to discuss and learn more about the range. I needed to replace mine and PPLMotorHome had the best price on the one I wanted, by a considerable margin. The person I talked to on the phone was very helpful. The range came quickly and it had some bends in it but nothing a minute or so with a pair of pliers couldn't fix just fine. I took my old one and and the new one slid right in its place. Awesome! Really good people and really good prices. Quick delivery, what more could you want?

Received as promised. Delivery was fast. Delivery boxes a little flimsy but covers where OK inside. That said, The screw package of one of the boxes (I ordered two) slipped out somewhere in transit. Not a big deal to me as a quick Home depot run (had to go anyway) fixes that. Will install covers next week.

The Website to me was easy access and navigating website was well thought out for access. Good prices as units were on sale with that said the prices were a little higher than others and on the shipping as well but I liked the format better. The freight Co. Delivery man was extremely nice. My purchase items came right from my area yet cost me 198.00 in shipping, seems unfair, was expecting appliances to come from a long distance (States away) for this price. I haven't got them installed as yet so I am not able to leave comments on how they work, ease of use, etc., but may comment once installed and ran a few times.

FIRST THINGS FIRST THE DELIVERY TIME WAS SUPER FAST IT TOOK A TOTAL OF 5 DAYS TO GET MY NEW A/C UNIT AND THAT WAS INCLUDING THE WEEKEND. THE UNIT CAME WITH NO DAMAGE ON IT FROM THE FRAIGHT LINE. THE A/C WAS SUPER EASY TO INSTALL AND WORKED GREAT THE FIRST TIME WHEN I TURNED IT ON. I WILL BE BUYING MORE STUFF FROM PPL. THANKS FOR THE GREAT SERVICE. RYAN
