The young gentleman I spoke with was very knowledgeable and super helpful. He really new his stuff. Impressed so far! Then it came to the install: no instructions. Had to figure out the remote unit needed 12 supply and ground. No service techs on hand for a weekend install to answer questions. Asked for a manager. Manager was comforting and had a service tech call. Was disconnected/hung up on with no call back or phone number for tech. Finally figured out install problem myself. Ran separate voltage to the machine and thermostat connections and unit worked. Parts rep I spoke to initially was not 100 percent on target with installation. The no instructions was a fail. Make sure if you buy and install a ducted unit with remote digital thermostat, you run separate dedicated 12v supply and ground to the "control box".
Over all, shopping in your online store is fairly easy, but at times, especially when you don't have a part number or even know what a certain part is called, it can be very frustrating trying to find it.I am very pleased with the cost of the items we bought, as well as how quickly we receive our order.
