Everything that I have ordered has been correct, delivery has been fast.

I ordered a 42 inch 12volt fan for our 2004 Salem fifth wheel. It arrived in a timely manner. Problem is that it is too wide (42 in) and hung down too far----could not open the slideout all the way. Now I considered sending it back, But when I called about it I found out I had to pay a 20% Restock fee as well as Shipping. I opted out and I will Eat it, that killed the deal.

The internet.

The customer service was great, very helpful. Speedy delivery.
The parts fit perfectly and made a world of difference in driving my motorhome.

Very fair prices and very quick delivery. We have ordered from their site mire than once and was very pleased with the service.

The packaging was not protected enough for the item shipping. Minor but usable condition as delivered.
Tough to say if your price adjustments are from units that were returned.
