An excellent experience from start to finish. 10 dollar shipping was much faster than I expected. Ordered on a Saturday, was sitting on my porch on Wednesday. Price was a 100 bucks lower than a local vendor so this purchase was a no brainer. The hitch was a huge success. Went from 2.5 inches of sag to just 3/4 of an inch. From ordering to install, 100% satisfied.

I think the folks at PPL Motorhomes did a great job getting the Item that I ordered to me in the time frame that we set up. From what I saw on the news and the conversation with the sales rep. There was a lot of flooding in and around the Plaza. The package weighed in at 150 lbs. and it arrived on time and in very good condition.
