I purchased a replacement awning and hardware. The sales staff were very helpful. I got it in a reasonable amount of time, it fit perfectly, and works great. Don't know how it could have been better and it was at a great price compared to other sources checked.

Great service and price, I was disappointed in th way it was packed as it showed up with little patting material and product was still usable just had lots of scuff marks due to shipping

I did not receive an e-mail with shipping info after the order was complete so I contacted customer service and he quickly supplied me with that info.

Product in pics was not the item I needed or order was misleading and sales rep told me that I was order everything in the pic.

The entire process was flawless and I received my order promptly. Very satisfied.

I never received a tracking number and had to call to verify that the item was shipped. The person I talked with said he didn't know what happened but the error was in the shipping department. He said I would receive it on 6/24/15 and I did. Things worked out, even with the slight delay.

The part I needed and a great price. It works great, installation was easy but there is no neutral bar for the DC side. I used one from the unit I was replacing.
