Easy to order parts for my Duo-Therm rooftop AC unit. I have ordered parts from PPL in the past and have been very satisfied.

I received an "open box". Some small parts were missing and one wire connector missing. The instructional inventory does NOT list all the parts that are supposed to come in the kit. I should have sent the box kit back but was mislead by the inventory list which appeared to include all the parts. I will never accept an open box kit again.
