Quick delivery and a very reasonable price. The baseplate I ordered has been installed.
Tow vehicle SMI air force one brake has been installed. Easy to install once you gain access to the areas for installation.

Great service and products we need.
The hood should have been packed with padding to avoid breakage. It was loose in the box and could have cracked easily if it was dropped or if the box was damaged in transport It did arrive intact and in a timely manner.

Item was scratched and required adjustment (was too tight for slide mechanism to move). Also no instructions included. Not sure if this was a return or if this is typical for this brand of TV mount. I've had very good luck with PPL in the past and was able to make this work, so not overly concerned. Price was very good on this product. Would still buy from PPL again.
