Placed the order online,7/16/15. Order was shipped 7/20/15. I could have drove to the Houston location since I was on vacation in Texas 90 miles away. I chose to have shipped because of the lower cost of shipping. I am sure I would have spent alot more if I had gone to your Houston store.

Had to call about the Coleman a/c unit to make sure I was buying the right one for my needs. Customer service was helpful and answered my question. The Coleman Mach 8 arrived quickly and in perfect condition. Has not been installed yet so can't say how well it works. Not so happy with the delivery service which has nothing to do with PPL really but driver came 40 minutes early than stated time frame. Lucky I was home! Then after he left, I noticed he tore out a huge limb from my very old dogwood tree on the curb. Plenty of treeless curb area for him to have parked the truck, sparing my tree! Careless or clueless, either way tree is damaged.

I had trouble using an iPad - your site insisted I left off required info but all was filled in. I switched to a Windows computer & all worked.
