Great
We hired someone to install the MAXX air fan and when there was a problem with it shutting off immediately, we called your customer service and were told that they were too busy and that we needed to contact them via e-mail. Once contacted by e-mail it instructed to send an e-mail and that we would receive a response. This was not satisfactory customer service, as we were paying the installers and did not have time to wait for a belated response. Fortunately after sometime the problem was resolved. Not impressed with your customer service.
Delivery was three days customer service was awesome ordering was easy.

I was so impressed with the courtesy and rapid response I received when I placed my order over the phone. The item ( a portable Dometic refrigerator/freezer) was on sale at a good price and I received it in two days. Thanks for the GREAT service!

Timely delivery and packaged well. I have not installed it yet so I cannot tell you how it works yet.
Quick and dependable service
I talked with 2 representatives to ask about replacement awning arms. When I called back a few days later to order the parts, 2 differnet representatives seamed unwilling to help find the appropriate part number based on the overall part number I gave them. Therefore I had to find the part online and call back a 4th time to order. The part then took more than 10 days to arrive.
Easy and everything is explained very well. Fit perfectly.

We are having problems with the thermostat it never comes on by it self and seems to run forever,we are going to switch back to our old thermostat to get control, with your thermostat once it goes off it will come back on again by itself.Can you give us some kind of credit for it? Thank you Dave Hewitt
