The product's were as advertised and postage was reasonable and they arrived a day early. The people I talked to were courteous and knowledgeable. With limited places to look for motor home products it has given me an alternative to the overpriced shops here.
I have ordered through PPL in the past and all experiences have been positive. Aside from always having what you need and delivering as promised, I have been impressed with customer service people that actually know something about RV's and parts that you're ordering...never a concern that I'll receive the wrong thing. I believe their prices are fair to begin with however this is less of a concern when you factor the quality of the customer service.

Just bought a 1993 Coachmen Leprechaun but the turn signals and brakes keep malfunctioning from the rusty connections.
