I ordered a rooftop A/C on Monday and received it on Wednesday. Excellent delivery. Unit was in a cardboard box mounted on a pallet and arrived undamaged. I will use PPL again when needed.

Shipping costs are to high. USPS is the way to go. They are the cheapest and fastest and go places the parcel services have never heard of. Really 9.99 for a 15.00 item is a little ridiculous. USPS does small box for around 4.50 and they supply all the boxes and pick up as they deliver those boxes. They will beat any parcel service by days.
