I would like to see more and detailed information concerning the products. It was difficult to make a decision as to which model to purchase without being able to compare the details. The checkout was quick and effortless.
Order was received within 3 days. I was disappointed with the installation, which I did my self fairly straight forward. However, the fan extended down into the coach about 1 inch less than the one which it replaced. As a consequence the trim was 2'' short and there was an ugly gap. I tried to use the old trim but it was about 1" short. Trying to contact manufacturer to see if they can assist me with this situation. So far the time in my day has not permitted me to to contact as the manufacturer has been closed when I had time to call (YES, I have a life).

Order was complete, shipped quickly, delivered timely, and appears to be quality materials. Having it shipped to my home versus going to a RV dealership, and possibly not finding what I need, is a real benefit. The savings of time, not to mention the expense of driving 50-100 miles one way, is a real benefit.
