Just too easy to spend money...Ordering was great. However, it seems they (parts) did NOT have the item in stock. I called after 2 days of not receiving a shipping tracking number, the lady seemed she did not want to tell me the truth, which they did not have the product in stock. The 3rd day I called and spoke to a man. He said they did not know what warehouse it was shipping from, but would call be back and give me a delivery time. He never called back, thus he lied to me. At the close of the 3rd day (Wednesday) I got a Fed-Ex tracking number and received the part Friday. You charged my card instantly,(Sunday) but your employees had a hard time telling me the truth, they did not have the part to ship. You need to post a disclaimer you do not stock parts, only sell them.

From original purchase of the RV to subsequent on-line purchases, I have experienced nothing but the highest level of service in all categories.
Overall, very good. Extremely helpful phone staff and fast shipping. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is because box had been opened, both installation and operation instructions were missing. That made it slightly more challenging to install than it should have been.
