In a phone call, the sales department was very informative and made the sale for me.
Searched the web. Found that ppl had the absolute best prices so I decided to get them a chance. Placed order- order arrived damaged- email support Wednesday new part arrived Friday. Excellent experience even though part was damaged in delivery.
The catalog is easier to browse. The online product wasn't available... got an e-mail and a slow refund. Can't understand in todays on-line shopping world you would think it would say that product is no longer available.just saying. Got mine from AMAZON. Problem solved

I ordered a satellite dish last week online. You guys never received my order. I always get a confirmation email soon after I order, no email came. So I ordered over the phone.Today I ordered ska 008 3 times doesn't look like it went either. Maybe if you get this message you could see what's goin on.
The first person who tried to help me was not very helpful, but the second was very helpful and I believe guided me to exactly what I needed.
