Great company to do business with. Large selection of items, good prices, and fast shipping, helpful sales people. I needed some 10" gas struts that were not in the online catalog but Dan was able to find some for me. We have had our 2000 Seabreeze for 13 years and over that time I've made multiple purchases from PPL, and always been happy with them.
The order went smoothly and the heater arrived on time, however there was damage to the heater from shipping. The heater has a dent in the side duct opening which messed up the air flow, and the front grille and exhaust pipe cover were both bent badly. I was able to bend it all back to get it working but since the front grill and exhaust pipe cover are the only pieces you see after installation, it's obvious and noticeable that the parts are bent.
For a brand new appliance that I paid $500 for, I expect a product in good condition. The packaging should be much better to avoid shipping damages, there was only styrofoam on each end of the heater and not on the sides where the box took a hit and bent everything that was stuffed around the heater.
It seems you have what I need at a good price, however Camping Worlds in Council Bluffs, Iowa had a better price.

It was excellent for me. However, someone else's order was included with mine so when I called PPL we determined that it was the shippers error. Packaging was destroyed for my item as well as for someone else who had apparently ordered from some other company for motorcycle parts. The Shipper (Fed-X/UPS) tossed everything into one box and delivered it to me. I was the lucky guy that day!
