Easy to navigate web site. Good prices. However, the Suburban Water Heater arrived with a significant dent in the front. I was able to straighten out the bent sheet metal. Haven't installed the unit yet, so I'm not sure if the damage is only cosmetic. Not the fault of pplmotorhomes, as the heater was well packaged... probably got dropped during transit by Fed Ex.
Brake Buddy Stealth was exactly what I expected, pricing was great and shipping was fast.
Ordered online and received 7 days later with standard shipping. Competitive pricing even with the $10 shipping charge. Most places sell these for more. Couldn't have bought it cheaper with my Amazon Prime acct. Im 67, so carrying a 40lb piece of steel (my hitch), to my 2" receiver, while standing and not bending forward should be a big help for the lower back. Ive bought loads of stuff from PPL over the years for my RVs. Never had a problem.
