First rate.
PPL (thru their external vendor) had exactly what I needed and saved me nearly $1000.00 by providing the specific awning part rather than having to buy an entire new set of arms. Getting the item direct shipped to me rather than waiting for the vendor to ship to PPL first would have saved time and scored higher points.
We were missing a flanged bushing. I called the manufacture and they charged us $4.99 fit the bushing and $9.99 to ship it

I ordered the Tailgater with Dish receiver and paid for 2 day shipping on Thursday. Called Friday to make sure I would get this by Tuesday and was told it was shipping Friday. It did not ship on Friday or Saturday or Monday but on Tuesday and I did not receive it till Thursday. I would not have paid the $33 for the shipping if I had believed it would not ship so late. I needed this sooner so not happy about that. The Shipping would have been $5 otherwise!
